| Sixth Anniversary 9/11 Memorial Service Mayor Wildes held his Annual 9/11 Memorial Service at the Englewood Public Library last Sunday, September 9, 2007. The service took place on the library lawn by the memorial garden established by Mayor Wildes in 2004. The memorial garden contains a plaque (dedicated in 2004), a tree (dedicated in 2005), engraved stones (dedicated in 2006) honoring each of the eight victims from our community who lost their lives in the terrorist attacks on the World Trade Center . This year a bench was dedicated and underwritten by the Andrew Kim Foundation. Pictured with Mayor Wildes on the far right is the father of the late
Andrew Kim, who underwrote the cost of the memorial bench.
