| Englewood Storm Power Outages & Tree Debris The Bergen County region has been hit hard by the effects of Hurricane
Ernesto. Parts of Englewood remain with no electricity and hundreds of tree limbs and branches have fallen. In view of the disturbance of power lines---this has rendered several roads not passable as well as homes without telephone service. The Englewood Police Department have been coordinating and monitoring the situation and are in constant communication with PSE&G to assist in the cleanup and the restoration of power. I have been fielding calls from residents and reporting incidents to the Police Department and emergency crews all day long. In addition, the Englewood Police Department has been faxing lists of outages and addresses, as needed to PSE&G. Please note that we have DPW crews working round the clock on a 24/7 basis. If you have anything you need to report or any other hazardous condition, please call the Englewood Police Department at 201.568.2711. If you have any additional questions, feel free to contact me on my mobile telephone at 347.203.6355. Sincerely, MICHAEL J. WILDES MAYOR
