Mayor Wildes presented a Certificate of Commendation to Maggie and Bill Kaplen at the official groundbreaking ceremony of the Jewish Home Assisted Living - Kaplen Family Senior Residence last Sunday, September 11, 2005 in River Vale, NJ. The Kaplens are distinguished philanthropists and have been recognized for their extraordinary benevolence and humanitarian accomplishments.
