Mayor Wildes joined former NFL player, Bruce Harper #42 of the NY Jets and Englewood citizen, Harold Wright at MacKay Park for the National Football League Junior Player Development (JPD) program. Mayor Wildes commented, "It is great that the City of Englewood was chosen as one of our Nation's cities to serve as a host for the NFL's JPD program as it incorporates character development in on-field activities by drawing life skills from the game of football."
