| National Night Out
The City of Englewood participated in the "23rd Annual
National Night Out," a unique crime/drug prevention event sponsored by
the National Association of Town Watch. The event was staged at Depot
Square and included the City of Englewood Police Department, Fire Department,
and Volunteer Ambulance Corps. Also present were Englewood Hospital and
Medical Center and other various civic groups. National Night
Out was designed to promote neighborhood spirit and law enforcement community
partnerships in our fight for a safer Nation.
