"Read Across America"

Englewood's First Lady, Amy Wildes celebrated "Read Across America" Day earlier this week as part of the nationwide initiative of the National Education Association (NEA) that promotes reading everyday of the year. The wife of Mayor Wildes brought the gift of reading to Englewood students when she visited and toured the Lincoln School.
